Alabama State Council on the Arts Individual Fellowship Grant Workshop

Registration is now open for the Alabama State Council on the Arts Individual Fellowship Grant Workshop! Join Visual Arts Program Manager ElliotKnight from the Alabama State Council on the Arts for this free workshop to learn more about individual artist fellowships and grant opportunities in the state.  (View Alabama State Council on the Arts guidelines at www.arts.alabama.gov for information on artist fellowships in other discipline areas.)

$5,000 cash fellowships are awarded annually in the following categories: Visual Art, Craft, Media Arts and Photography, and Design. These fellowships recognize artistic excellence as well as professional commitment and maturity and to contribute to the further development of the artist and the advancement of his or her professional career.

This free workshop (open to members and non-members) will be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at 5:30pm and will be hosted by Arts Huntsville in our offices located at the Von Braun Center, Suite 2 near the Playhouse. Registration is required.
