City Hall Public Art Projects

Arts Huntsville, together with the City of Huntsville, requests applicant artists or artist-led teams to submit qualifications and express interest in creating artwork for one or both public art opportunities to be integrated into Huntsville’s new City Hall complex scheduled for completion in August 2023. Arts Huntsville, the City of Huntsville’s public art agency, is accepting applications via CODAworx.com through NOON CDT on August 19, 2021.

The artist award budget for the Entry Lobby Wall is $245,000 inclusive of all costs, including but not limited to design, fabrication, and installation of the work. The artist award budget for the Suspended Artwork is $525,000, inclusive of all costs, as noted above.
