Kristina Gentle | The Happy Hooker

My name is Kristina and I am the creative mind behind The Happy Hooker. I taught myself to crochet in 2019 by looking at a book of basic stitches. I started making items for myself and showing my friends. I sold a few items by request only, until one day my husband said “You know, you are the happiest when you are hooking”. He said it made him smile to see me so happy with a ball of yarn and a crochet hook. I decided to start selling locally and through word of mouth. I make every item by myself and even hand make my faux fur poms for beanies. I sell mostly stuffed animals, wearables (beanies, velvet earwarmers, scarves), and home decor items like pumpkins.
