Rachel Larose

Rachel Larose has been working in clay for 25 years and teaching ceramics and sculpture for 14 years. She holds a BFA in Ceramics and a Masters in Education, both from the University of Montevallo.

Rachel’s work consists of organic abstract forms curling through space, while emphasizing the contrasting surfaces attained by smooth glazes and raw clay body.

Rachel, her husband Gabe, and their daughter Lucy reside in Huntsville, Alabama with 2 Boston Terriers, Maggie and Leia.
